• Suspicious Activity: If any bets are placed in unusual patterns — such as suspected arbitrage or match-fixing — Sportzy may investigate and withhold payment.

Sportzy supports all major payment methods in Bangladesh — bKash, Nagad, Rocket, bank transfer, and cards.

Deposit:

• Minimum deposit: ৳500.
• Deposits are usually instant — though they may occasionally take 1–2 minutes.
• No additional fees on deposits.

Withdrawal:

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500.
• KYC verification is mandatory for your first withdrawal.
• Withdrawals are generally processed using the same method used for the original deposit.
• Once verified, withdrawals are typically processed within 5 minutes to a maximum of 24 hours.
• Withdrawals may be temporarily delayed while suspicious activity is under investigation.

• Cooling-Off Period: Take a break ranging from 24 hours up to 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently close your account yourself.
